Eating the desired food is crucial for your health. You can try supplementing your diet with acai berry, it’s not solely a widely tested and acknowledged weight loss product, it’s a superfood too. There is a risk free trial on offer at http://pinoft.soundnesslive.info I’ve been taking it for two weeks now and it is definitely having an effect!!

Have you checked with the doctor if there’s anything to stop the bleeding? Swallowing toothpaste is not gonna help. Of course, you wouldn’t die if you swallowed it but it’s bad in the long run. Anyway, if there’s bleeding, you should ensure that you’ve something to treat it. There’s no other way to stop the problem. Or you could constantly have mints to freshen your breath(:

I’m not sure if swallowing toothpaste is a good solution to bad breath. Why not try mouthwash or cleaning your tongue with an Orabrush.

toothpaste is made so that if someone accidentally swallowed a bit then it would be harmless. I’m not quite sure if it would cure bad breath though…gurgling mouthwash seems like a better option.

you would get sick and have to call poison control.

If you want to clean your throat, warm salt water is a lot more effective.

A bit of toothpaste won’t be dangerous (though a large quantity would be poisonous) but that’s not what it’s designed to do.

And finally, you’ll have to know why your throat is inflamed so. Do you smoke? Are you allergic to something? It could also be an infection. Try to remove the irritants you can find, and if nothing helps, then a visit to the doctor should be considered.

Depends on what kind of toothpaste. I wouldn’t though. The toothpaste can go to you blood stream when your throat bleeds.
