cannabis vapor (not smoke)

you will need to buy a vaporizer, and find a dealer if you dont have one (which you probably do)

Go to a walk-in clinic, I think you have strep throat. You’ll need antibiotics to get rid of it. In the meantime, you’re just infecting the rest of us!

I know this sounds gross, but gargle salt water. It should help a lot! But if that doesn’t help, you should consider seeing a doctor. I hope you feel better!

Here’s a few homade Japanese remedies for fighting colds/ influenza:

Try Daikon Ame for your sore throat. Just cut a daikon into 1/2 inch cubes, place in a glass jar with enough honey or water to cover, and leave for a few hours. Take the mixture three times a day until your throat feels better.

Try eating Neji for poor circulation and fever.

Shouga-yu is good for getting your energy up. Just pour some boiling water over gome grated ginger and add sugar and honey (to your taste).

Okayu is an easy-to-swallow rice soup that gives you needed nutrients you need to fight off a cold. Combine a 1-to-3 mixture of rice and water (or dashi stock), bring to a boil, and let simmer for about 30 minutes.

Try Mikan (a close relative to the mandarin orange) for extra vitamin C.

ok so you really need to go to the doctor some way because the way you describe it you have strep throat. you need to take antibiotics soon before it gets worse. Feel better!!

When I was little, my dad would boil some water and soak ginger in it, and then add lemon and honey. The ginger has a strong bite, but other than that it tastes okay and works really quickly.

I won’t purport to know or diagnose you over the internet. But what I would do is:

Boost your immune system. Raw garlic, ginger, habanero, white onion, horseradish root, oli of oregano, olive leaf liquid, in an apple cider vinegar base, blend it up, strain it, drink it. Can dilute with water of course, keep in fridge. To make it last longer use a high grain alcohol 5% per volume to stabilize it. You maybe can’t get all the ingredients, that’s fine, you just need the base, apple cider vinegar (raw unpasteurized,) and any of the ingredients. Sounds bad and it’s strong but it kicks the heck out of anything I have put it up against. It’s natural too so you won’t find bacteria that adapts to it unlike conventional anti-biotics. I have 100 4oz bottles of the stuff in my fridge.

Take a walk if you have the energy. You need to move. Your blood flow and lymph are important to overcoming many things.

Drink lots of pure water, pref. distilled. Half your weight in ounces per day, no more than 8oz at a time.

If you decide to go to an MD and are prescribed anti-biotics you should at the minimum supplement with good intestinal flora during and after your treatment to help replenish the good bacteria which is destroyed throughout your intestine (70% of your immune system resides there) …

Also you can take raw foods such as sauerkraut to help replenish some of that flora … but it has to be raw.

One last thing: 8 oz of water boiled, a tablespoon of honey, cayenne powder 1/2 teaspoon or less and fresh lemon squeezed into the mug = a good throat reliever. To this I have added chopped garlic and chopped ginger. Both for flavor and their benefits …
