iv had a sore throat for 2 days and i have a cold. also i have a really heavy cough and when i cough my head hurts. i asked my science teacher (im 13 btw) what i could do and she said to buy a humidifier but my family aint got the money so we cnt but she told me that i could boil water on the stove then breath in the steam but it didnt help me much, does any1 no anythin i could do !!?? btw i dont like honey so dont say drink honey and water, and i have been drinkin alot of water, also my head feels kinda heavy and hurts 2 move it !!! sore throat, bad cough, head ache, cold, !!!

HI, ever since a long time.. I always have phlegm in my throat and nose. I have to constantly clear my throat and stuff. And my family has always told me that I have bad breadth… and like at my job people give me chewing gum and stuff. It is so embarrasing,

I was curious if maybe the phlegm could be the cause of that bad breadth problem?

I had GERD and was on rabeprazole medication for 3 months and it went away but I am having the same throat symptoms. I think it may be allergies or post nasal drip but I am not sure. Does anyone out there have this?

Okay, I know its gross but I would love some help with it.
I am quite panic stricken at the best of times so this is making me feel worse and constantly feel like I can’t breath. Everynight before I laydown to go to sleep I get a blocked nose, when I wake I have to blow my nose a lot and throughout the day morning I cough a little then for the rest of the day I am great apart from this trickling down my throat. Its not itchy or anything.
I think it could be allergies?!
My room is really minging tbh, but everytime I try clean it it gets worse (cos im basically invading the dust).

Long story short I need some home remedies to get rid of this, or at least mellow it down :)
Please help!

besides bad breath of course. because I think, if i dont remember wrong, my mom told me that she doesnt wash her tongue, and she is ALWAYS coughing like crazy, and she goes to the doc and takes medicine and whatever but nothing happens, she always have that horrible cough. and I was thinking that maybe not washing her tongue it makes her have itchy throat or something.
