My bf & I finalized things last night. After 4 years, he is now officially my ex. We got rid of all the bad blood & resentment and agreed that the breakup isn’t for lack of love or effort. We each just have things to work out in our lives. I was certain that having that talk would be the ‘cure all’ I needed. I guess not, because I still had that ache inside of me when I woke up this morning. It’s for the best, I know, but how do I get myself out of this funk? I miss him US so very much, it hurts. I just want to be able to walk into a store or drive on a highway without some memory coming to haunt me. The pain? It’s almost physical. I literally have to take deep, slow breaths sometimes because I feel like my chest might explode. I want to stop crying all the time. I want to be ok with the fact that there’s no ‘us’ anymore. He’s ok. He bounced right back up. Why can’t I? I’m not a weak person, At 28, I’ve pulled myself through a lot of crap in life. What’s wrong now? Why is this so hard?

How to treat this case of bad breath (Might be simple but I don’t know)?

Saturday, April 24th, 2010

First of all, I’ve had bad habits brushing my teeth since youth. My parent never accustomed me to daily brushing and now I’m suffering the consequences by being obsessed with the negative effects. Nowadays I brush them normally, floss and use mouthwash. Hopefully the consequences of bad oral hygiene from youth will go away.

I don’t know if it’s just in my mind or not, but I think I have unnatural breath smell. I tried licking my arm and dried it for a couple minutes, smelled it and it smelled weird. Maybe there’s a fungus causing infection in my tongue or gums I thought.

My tongue in the back has some circles – they might be results from a fungus or they might be normal. However, my side top gums (Left and right) are like very slightly swollen and red. They don’t look like the gums from my front teeth.

Can these be possible causes of bad breath?

I’ve just started rinsing with warm water mixed with salt to hopefully reverse the red gums look.

I also started putting baking soda on my tongue to hopefully get rid of the possible fungus or infection.

Cuz caucasian people usually stay away from foods that will cause bad breath but asians don’t care and chew gum after they eat foods that have garlic and onions

Does anyone know an inexpensive way to help correct a cat’s bad breath?

Saturday, April 17th, 2010

My cat is ten years old. When he was declawed last year, the vet told me he had periodontal disease (the cause of his bad breath) and needed to have his teeth cleaned. I can’t afford the huge fees for professional teeth cleaning. Does anyone know of a less expensive way?
I’m sorry, but I didn’t post this question to have someone I don’t know rudely criticize my ability to care for my pet. Unless someone has spoken to my vet or to me I don’t think they should make assumptions on whether I deserve to keep my cat. I don’t think it’s necessary to crucify me for seeking out options. People, please. Answer my question (and anyone else’s) if you wish, but keep the manners in check.

Anyone know how to cure this???

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

I just turned 16 in December, and have gotten increasingly tired with it. I lead quite an unhealthy lifestyle because of the following:
I don’t exercise at ALL
I don’t drink much water. I probably down about 2 glasses a day.
I don’t get that much sleep (I sleep late and wake up very early due to some random reason, resulting in tiredness)
I’ve seen the doc, so there’s no point trying that.

Can anyone tell me how to not feel so lethargic all the time?

It’s getting worse because I feel so tired I can’t even go up 2 flights of stairs without totally being out of breath, and this tiredness is affecting EVERY bit of my life – including school and home and everything in between.

Any cures??
