I’m obese.. I’m 5’8 300 pds and I’m female. 20 yrs old and I’ve been overweight all my life. My mother/father/gma/aunts that took care of me all my life did NOT teach me good eating habits at all.. as you can see lol so now I’m trying to get healthy but it is VERY difficult when everything you see that is cheap is unhealthy. I’m going insane by the number of things that I see that are bad for you… multivitamins are supposedly bad for you now -.- organic is the best way to go… most of the products I use at home is unhealthy.. where I live/breath/eat can cause cancer.. bugs that can cause silent killers the air is bad the water you drink can cause harm if you don’t have a 500 dollar filters.. u can lose ur hair get mentle probs.. breast cancer lung cancer rare diseases OMFG IM GOING INSANE… flouride is bad.. I WONT EVEN BRUSH MY TEETH cause my new toothpaste and toothbrush that i bought and charged and maxed out on my credit card didn’t come in yet .. effin global warming, green products.. plastic bottles are harmful to you and your planet.. dogs are bad can cause cancer.. MY FUCKING BREATH CAN CAUSE CANCER HOLY SHIET BALLS I MEAN IS ANYTHING SAFE AROUND HERE THAT DOESN”T COST AN ARM AND A LEG. I mean does the government just want to kill poor people wtf is going on around here.. why is everything gona give me cancer!! i feel like I’m breaking apart it hurts to breath my back is hurting my head is pounding I dont even wana go outside and touch things I DONT WANA DO MY JOB.. which for right now is dog wlaking cause they might give me a disease and my one house has flies that might be possible botflies and the larva in ur skinn AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! HELP!!! I need some gosh damn advice as to why am I even trying to live?!?!?!?!!
I WANT A HAMBURGER BUT IT’S GOING TO KILL ME.. I mean this for sure is going tohelp me lose weight because I”m not goint to eat ANNYYTTHIIINNNGG.. a gosh damn fruit that’s not organic will give me cancer!! AHHHH! I’m gona die cause I’ve been consuming so much CRAAPP AND IM SO FATT!!! holy shit my mom and dad killed me and my aunt and gma!! ahh!!!! whyy fat foods whyyyy and healthy ones whyyyyyyyy!!

i have had bad back pains for month now, but over this weekend its gotten much worse, i cant breath deeply,move,walk correctly, or sleep because of the bad back pains. I’ve already taken pain killers today,i put an icy/hot patch on this morning,i have ice on it right now,and stillno relief. I’ve tried stretching,excersizing and even some yoga and my pain is still hurting pretty bad. im 13 years old! i dont remember doing anything to pull any muscels. I even had my friend crack it the other night and it didnt go away. it hurts so bad when i turn my body and try to move or get up out of a chair or bed. Does anyone know what to do to stop this pain? im suffering! miserable! i cant even go to school because of it. Should i see a doctor? please help!
