HALITOSIS: Bad breath help me!?

Friday, April 23rd, 2010

Umm… I’m male. 16 and I have halitosis. I know the reason behind it and it is being caused by NOT EATING PROPERLY. I’m scared that I might already have ULCER which causes my bad breath and I’m 100 percent positive it is caused by my somewhat ulcer. HELP ME! WheNEVER I take KREMIL-S tablet(for pain in stomach), it goes away for a day.

Any advice? I’m so desperate and I’m tired of this smell!

What are the main causes of halitosis (bad breath). A doctor diagnosed me w/ it but didn’t give treatment opts?

Monday, April 19th, 2010

I went to see a doctor for issues other than halitosis, it was for some stomach issues i’d been having since getting my gallbladder removed and he wound up diagnosing me as having IBS and also halitosis. So embarrassing. He only gave me meds to help with the IBS but didn’t give me anything for the halitosis and he didn’t offer any treatment. Actually he didn’t even tell me what the diagnosis were. The way I found out was I was trying to renew my health insurance, and I put that last doctor visit on the application and the underwriters called me and told me they needed to speak with the doctor’s office and ask some questions about the visit. They put us on a 3-way call and the underwriter asked one of the staff ladies at the dr.s office what the diagnosis was and she said, IBS and halitosis. Pretty embarrassing for me but I guess it could’ve been worse, we could’ve been talking face to face and that would’ve really been embarrassing. Ok so now that I know I have it, I really want to deal with it. What should be my first step in curing the halitosis?
I already brush my teeth well at least 2 times a day and I also scrape my tongue everyday twice a day but only floss occassionally. I’d say I only floss once or twice a month. Could that be a reason for it?

Can Halitosis spread via kissing?

Wednesday, March 31st, 2010

Well, Hi everyone, it’s my first question here on yahoo questions, but I feel like I need to ask it so here it goes.

2 months ago I had this girlfriend who gave me nothing but problems. I kinda felt sorry for her so I gave her an opportunity. What happens is that she always had a HORRIBLE breath, and I really mean horrible. Ever since from the first I’ve kissed her I have exactly her bad breath, which is strange because I never never never had halitosis. I’ve been surfing the net about the subject and I found that halitoses isn’t supposed to spread via French kissing, but I can’t find any other way to explain my bad breath.

Anyway, since it shouldn’t be anything like a chronic halitosis or something, how could I… cure it?

Note: I’ve noticed a little bit thrush in the dorsal surface of the tongue.
Thanks, Claud.

OKAY MY LITTLE TEACUP CHICHI DOG HAS HAD BAD BREATH SINCE I GOT HER (2 MONTHS AGO), AND NOW THAT IM STARTING TO BRING HER AROUND, WHEN PEOPLE GET CLOSE AND SHE GETS UP FOR A KISS, HER BREATH SMELLS LIKE SOMEONE HAD DIED IN THERE.

I was always aware of this but i didnt know what to do exactly. my mind always said “JUST BRUSH HER TEETH LIKE U WOULD NORMALLY”. And that’s what i did not too long ago, it smells better but once she goes back to eating her dog food it wont.

Im going to bring this up next time I go to the vet, it’s not like she’s going to die so i’ll just do so then. But in the meantime…

-DO I CHANGE HER DIET?
-KNOW OF ANY TOYS/TREATS, ETC. FOR HER SIZE
-HOME REMEDIES?
-JUST KEEP BRUSHING HER TEETH?

ANY SUGGESTIONS/COMMENTS ARE WELCOME
