I have had a really bad cold for about a week now and now the cough is at it’s worse. It’s one of those deep, loud, “horse” coughs. If I get the tiniest tickle or irritation in my throat, I am forced to cough very obnoxiously. Sometimes I’ll cough so hard I’ll lose my breath, gag, or my eyes will water. Not to mention my ribs and stomach muscles are unbelievablably sore now. This is no wimpy cough! I am NOT coughing up anything though. I think it is a dry cough. A few days ago, there might of been some mucus in my throat and chest but I don’t think there is as much anymore. It feels more dry than anything. I have tried everything to calm my cough/chest but nothing has worked. I have been forced to stay up the past 2 nights, practically coughing myself to death all night! I want sleep! Please someone help the irritation in my throat go away so I’ll quit coughing! I need a miracle.

How to cure migraines?

I get migraines and headaches on a daily bases, sometimes It’s manageable and other days I can barely function. I have tried a number of things… using A535 on my temples, Tylenol, Advil, Drinking lots of water, Fresh air, even using essential oils to breath in the steam for relief I spent tons of money every month trying new ways to help me rid my pain.

I need some help or new things to try, it seems that everything works the first one or two times trying it but then it becomes useless.. I went to the doctors years ago and was giving glasses for what they said “Prism Vision” I have tried wearing these glasses and they only made things worse. I have a history of migraines in my family so I believe I suffer from them as well but I cant be bothered to wait in a hospital for 8 hours for the doctors to tell me to go home and take some Tylenol. I need help but I’m afraid the doctors wont take me seriously and when the migraines start the last place I want to be is in the waiting room all day.

Does anyone have any suggestions? natural ways? would massage therapy help? or even acupuncture?

how can i cure my back muscle pain or just relieve it?

my back muscles hurt a lot. it happened when i was swimming in the ocean and cracked my neck on the ocean floor.

my back has been getting worse and worse each day. its not the bone that hurts its the muscles.

When I’m sitting its just fine. but if i arch my back it hurts to the point where i loose a breath; like a little bit of shock or something. also if i do any twisting it hurts a lot as well.

i try to stretch my back out and it hurts but once i get to the full extension of the stretch the pain goes away… until i return to my original position.

maybe it is the bone that is messed up. I wanna go see a doctor. im going to go in on thursday. Thing is i don’t trust these navy docs and ill never have time to go on my own. Any suggestions would help though. especially if there is something i can do on my own.

Anyone know how to cure this???

I just turned 16 in December, and have gotten increasingly tired with it. I lead quite an unhealthy lifestyle because of the following:
I don’t exercise at ALL
I don’t drink much water. I probably down about 2 glasses a day.
I don’t get that much sleep (I sleep late and wake up very early due to some random reason, resulting in tiredness)
I’ve seen the doc, so there’s no point trying that.

Can anyone tell me how to not feel so lethargic all the time?

It’s getting worse because I feel so tired I can’t even go up 2 flights of stairs without totally being out of breath, and this tiredness is affecting EVERY bit of my life – including school and home and everything in between.

Any cures??

a couple of weeks ago i had a ordinary illness but kept having like hour long coughing fits at night. That was a few weeks ago and my ribs – especially at my back right side – are really quite painful when i take in moderately deep breaths. the pain doesnt seem to be improving or getting worse but it certainly isn’t going away. does anyone know anything i could do to help it – i’m only 15 btw

Hi, my name is Jasmine, I’m 21 years old. I’ve had a problem for 3 months now that Doctors haven’t been able to cure for me. I’ve had chronic diarrhea along with horrible abdominal pain, chest pain, back pain and rib pain. Doctors have only made assumptions and various test as well as culture test and yet they keep saying that all of my test come back normal and that I am perfectly healthy. My problem still persists and it’s getting worse everyday because now it hurts my chest and stomach when I breath, laugh, cough or sneeze, and it also hurts my abdomen and stomach when I walk. Sometimes I can’t get out of bed,every time I eat, I have to rush to the restroom. I don’t know what to do or where to go anymore. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!

Ive always had chapped lips. I dont breath through my mouth or lick my lips. They are always chapped, not just in the winter, and chapstick doesnt help (sometimes it makes it even worse). I need to know whats causing it, and how i could cure it.

how can i cure dyness in my sleep?

lately i haven’t been sleeping well due to waking up with my throat and face all dyed up it hurts to swallow. i feel like the middle of my face is so dryed up every time i breath in through my nostrils i can feel it getting worse.

i been drinking ton of water,Sprite and even Tea today to hopefully cure it before i go to bed tonight and hasn’t seemed to do anything. sprite helped a little bit but it comes back again in a couple mins.

its getting too hard to sleep and hurts to breath in.

Any advice please? thanks alot guys and lady’s.
