Does anyone remember a movie from the 80s about kids building a spaceship?

I have been casually searching for this movie for a while. I remember watching this film as a kid…. it was probably from the mid-80s. Kids build this spaceship, I think out of stuff they find in a junkyard. They go to this other planet where this alien does a comedy routine. I remember the alien quoting TV commercials from earth saying “germs, germs that can cause bad breath, diariahh” Does anyone remember the name of this movie?

has anyone had tonsiliths “tonsil stones” (pieces of food that get stuck in your tonsils)?

i’ve had this problem since i was about 13 and in the past year its gotten extremely bad. it seems like i get it all the time and it takes forever for them to come out. i can’t brush them out, i can’t cough them out, and i can’t pop them out with a q-tip. i have to wait for them to work themselves out far enough for me to feel them with my finger and scrape them out. (sorry to be gross)

at times i can even tell what food got stuck. once agtain i hate to be so gross but on monday afternoon i had a mcdonalds cheese burger and i’m pretty sure a little piece of onion got stuck AND IS STILL THERE i can actually smell an onion smell and it stings a lot when i swallow. and today i think tiny piece of mac n cheese got stuck in there.
my throat constantly hurts and i can feel the stuff in there. sometimes i feel like i can’t breath very well and i feel a pressure almost in my nose like its gonna fly out of of my nose.

has anyone else gotten this?
how do you cope with it?
what type of dr should i go to? when i mentioned it to my regular dr she had no clue what i was talking about.
do you think a dr would suggest a tonsillectomy to cure this? or do i just have to live with it the rest of my life.

i hate to have an operation especially cuz i just had a surgery for another problem this past monday. but i really want this to go away so i’m not constantly feeling crappy.

Does anyone know an inexpensive way to help correct a cat’s bad breath?

My cat is ten years old. When he was declawed last year, the vet told me he had periodontal disease (the cause of his bad breath) and needed to have his teeth cleaned. I can’t afford the huge fees for professional teeth cleaning. Does anyone know of a less expensive way?
I’m sorry, but I didn’t post this question to have someone I don’t know rudely criticize my ability to care for my pet. Unless someone has spoken to my vet or to me I don’t think they should make assumptions on whether I deserve to keep my cat. I don’t think it’s necessary to crucify me for seeking out options. People, please. Answer my question (and anyone else’s) if you wish, but keep the manners in check.

I just turned 16 in December, and have gotten increasingly tired with it. I lead quite an unhealthy lifestyle because of the following:
I don’t exercise at ALL
I don’t drink much water. I probably down about 2 glasses a day.
I don’t get that much sleep (I sleep late and wake up very early due to some random reason, resulting in tiredness)
I’ve seen the doc, so there’s no point trying that.

Can anyone tell me how to not feel so lethargic all the time?

It’s getting worse because I feel so tired I can’t even go up 2 flights of stairs without totally being out of breath, and this tiredness is affecting EVERY bit of my life – including school and home and everything in between.

Any cures??

I am experiencing dry mouth, and especially in the morning i feel i have this bad odour. Could anyone please advise which is the best product, cause i do have paredontial desease, and it is connected to that too, but i see many offers on the internet and have found “the bad breath book” that costs $29,90 and is based on natural remedies that you can use from your home, stating that these big companies sell xepensive and nonefficient products. I have researched the causes and somtimes going to the dentist is not enough!
So who do i believe , i cannot believe those testimonials out there, so i need some of your advise and personal experience please.

Does anyone know how to cure bad (bitter/sour) taste in the mouth?

I am 42 year old and when I was a teenager started having a bad taste in my mouth while sleeping. In the beginning, just swallowing my saliva would clear my mouth, but with time that taste became worse and worse. As years went by, I had to spit it out, then years later, wash my mouth with water, and nowadays I can’t go back to sleep if I don’t wash it with a mouthwash or toothpaste.
These symptoms worsened over the last 20 years and are constant. There was a time that in the middle of my dream I would try to spit it out, so bad it tasted. Since our muscles don’t move voluntarily during sleep, my saliva would run out of my mouth until I woke up. Nowadays my body worked it out and I wake up after some hours of sleep so I can wash my mouth. That happens at least three times every night.
That doesn’t happen only when I’m sleeping. It only gets worse at that time because my mouth is at rest.
During the day I feel the same. Too.
Now, I’m experiencing a putrid smell in my breath as the problem is worsening.
I’ve been to several doctors and they did every check they could think of, but no exam resulted abnormal.
Does anyone have this kind of symptom or know how to cure this?
I’m going to cross out some possibilities I think someone would answer:
- My teeth are fine; I brush them regularly (including my tongue). The doctors checked my gum and the kind of bacteria I have in my mouth. They are normal.
- The kind of food probably is not the problem as I’ve eaten different kinds of food and changed my habits during these more than 20 years.
- I don’t drink, smoke or take any kind of medicine.

My grandma has quit smoking cigerettes for 3-4 months and just resently she has gotten bad breath, she went to the doctors and made sure it wasnt cancer or anything like that, but he doesnt know how to cure the bad breath thats cause from quitting smoking, does anyone know how cure her bad breath?
