Do u clean ur tongue after brushing your teeth?

70% of bacterian that causes bad breath is found on the tongue. Cleaning your tongue after brushing refreshes ur mouth like nothing else. If i dont clean my tongue in the morning after brushing my teeth it feels really awkward.
It does make me gag sumtimes but i love that feeling…..yes iam weird…

My family and I recently went on a skiing trip in the mountains and I experienced the usual “popping” of my ears. Usually I can make it go away by yawning or chewing gum or plugging my nose and blowing but this time it has persisted for about 36 hours. My ear still feels like it needs to be “popped” and everything is muffled (except for things like swallowing and breath those are amplified) please help I need to figure out how to cure this (hopefully without having to see my doctor.) I have been taking decongestants and had a cold before going. Also were going back through the mountains to my grandmas today could that help or make it worse?

I had my tonsillectomy about 8 days ago. My doctor informed me that the white film over my tongue that causes bad breath/odor is common. He didn’t tell me however how long it would take for that to go away. So I’m wondering if anyone has had any experience with this and has a rough idea of how long it took for them. Thanks!

iv try,d loads of mouthwashes i floss, brush my tongue do everythin to keep my mouth clean but nothin works, its been like this for over a year now and all the doctors do is give me more mouthwash, but its that bad now my partner cant stand to come near me, and he keeps on at me about how bad my breath is, does anyone no of anythin that can help

I want to start good dental habits and get rid of my bad breath. I was thinking brushing twice a day, flossing before bed, using mouth wash after each brush, tongue scrapping after each brush, and start eating healthily.

After how long will i have good oral hygeine and fresh breath that will last 5 hours or more?

I’m left with tonsil stones & bad breath after bacterial tonsillitis?

I’ve recently suffered with bacterial tonsilitis, which I cured with a course of antibiotics. After inspecting my throat today, I noticed that I have a few very small white spots on my tonsils, which I believe to be tonsil stones. They have an entirely different appearance to the large pusy spots that appeared BEHIND my tonsils due to the tonsillitis.

I’ve never been a sufferer of bad breath, or as far as I’m aware tonsil stones (the rare one’s popped out in a coughing fit but everyone get’s that, right?!) but at the moment I have a horrible mucusy taste at the back of my throat all the time, which I’m guessing is because of the tonsil stones.

SO, how can I treat ‘em? I’m feeling pretty self concious about the icky breath at the moment.

I had a muller pulled on monday and today is thursday. I have read some other answers on google and every answer is a dry socket but i have no pain. I am only a little swollen but i have bad breath. Is this just the healing process? Will the bad breath go away?

I had a tonsillectomy on Wednesday, June 24. It has been 5 days since my tonsillectomy, today being Sunday, June 28. Aside from the excruciating pain, my mouth has an awful taste 24/7. And My breath smells disgusting when i breathe. Is it normal to have bad breath following the procedure?
