If there’s actually something in there – sounds like it could be little white specks that randomly come out and have a horrible odor – I’d say make sure to take a drink everytime after you eat something and gargle with mouthwash at night.
If this is what you’re experiencing, it’s normal. It’s a buildup of food particles in the grooves of your tonsils. Gross, but normal.
There’s really not enough information to give a very accurate suggestion, but this is what it sounds like to me.
I hope this helped. :
Most bad breath is caused by bacteria that are on the top of your tongue, especially on the back one-third of your tongue. Look in the mirror for some white stuff on your tongue. This must be removed if you are going to have fresh breath. Your mouth and throat will feel great after removing this bacteria. I suggest you get an OraBrush tongue cleaner. I have used one for 6 months with great results.
You have tonsiliths, aka tonsil stones. They are made of puss that is coming out of your tonsils, hence the smell. I know of no way to get rid of them. Mine went away on their own eventually. You should talk to your doctor. My dentist was useless when I asked for help with them.
