in causes of bad breath

A friend of mine always tells me how her boyfriend has these teeth in the back of his mouth that is causing him to have really bad breath. I never imagine it to be so bad until I got a small wiff of it one day. It smelled really really awful. She’s going to tell him about but I have a questions, if they remove the bad teeth will he still have the bad breath. I looks like quite a lot of his teeth are rotten in the back I feel sorry for her.

It will definitely help to have the rotten teeth pulled. Whether or not his bad breath will continue depends on what other factors may be contributing to it.

He MAY still have bad breath, but if they are the root cause, it should go away…if she cares about him, she will insist he does something soon…bad teeth are actually now thought to be the primary cause in some cases of some stomach ailments (like ulcers) and some heart attacks!

I’m pretty sure that removing the teeth would help a lot, but an underlying infection, or abcess could be the cause of the odor. He may have to go on a round of anibiotics. And you know, brush, floss, rinse!

Rotting teeth cause the most horrible breath. It smells like an open grave! Removing the teeth will improve the breath. Of course, if he is a tobacco user then he will still have that problem going on with his breath. I feel sorry for her too. Hope it works out.
