Have you goe to the dentist? Sometimes bad breath could mean you have a cavity and you ned a filling. How often doyou floss yr teeth and brush?Flossing has alot to do with bad breath maye try flossing more. Or possible bad breath could mean stomache problems also.

Go to Walmart or a health store and buy some ZINC. It really works. They will be more informed at a health and vitamin store and will tell you all about it.

Bad breath is a serious social problem for many people. Brushing the teeth to remove plaque and tartar helps, as does treating canker sores that may appear on the gums and taking other steps to maintain good oral hygiene. Unless bad breath is kept under control by tooth brushing and flossing and where necessary, the use of antibacterial products like OraMD, the condition will recur. But it’s always the best thing to ask your dentist about that problem. Perhaps, you have other illness that causes your foul breath. Move now before it’s too late.

You may need to go see an ear nose and throat specialist. The problem may be in your sinuses. That can give you bad breath. Could be an infection. If you have allergies that could be making your sinuses drain and cause it. Do you only notice that it gets worse at certain times of the year? Good luck.

Yes Olivia,

Gargle and rinse you’re mouth regualrly with a mixture of baking soda and water (Arm n’ Hammer baking soda) if you wish. Follow the instructions on the box or talk with your pharmacist, they also can advise you well. The acidity or ph of your mouth may be out of the norm for whatever reason creating room for noxious bacteria to proliferate and do their dirty work. Please do not feel unclean in that area and keep trying, sometimes it takes a while to achieve the desired result. Even if the solution is long-term it’s worth the continued effort, don’t you think?

To mask the smell you can also try to gargle a strong mixture of limes green or yellow mixed in some water, make about a cup full and drink some of it. Or try to gargle a common table salt soution, also about a cup full. Find out what works best for you.

Best of luck and regards,

In Christ’s love

Visit a doctor. You may have an infection or maybe it is something you eat. Try buying breath pills that you SWALLOW. Or try drinking a glass of water mixed with a little baking soda.
Ask your doctor if there is any chance that you could have an infection (like a flu that you never really got over).
