in FAQ

I want to get rid of the phlegm/flem in my throat that I’ve had since April. I’m pretty sure its contributing to my recently bad breath so I want to get rid of it as soon as possible.

I have tried using mouthwash but it hasn’t worked. Thank you for the help. Its greatly appreciated.

Try a decongestant/antihistamine. It will dry out your sinus’s and help with your problems.

Maybe an antihistamine, it helps with nose congestion. You must have an alergy or something. Started in the spring? If it helps try it for a couple weeks then take a day off here and there to be sure you still need it, it’s probably seasonal.

If youve had chest congestion since April I sincerely hope youve seen a doctor, if not, you should. try an expectorant like a good cough medicine and see if it helps break up the secretions and cough it up. See your doc.

Mucinex works really well. It could be contributing to your bad breath, but here’s something else to think about… Do you have any cavities?
