I heard that drinking a nice glass of water before sleep can help.
the reason it reeks in the morning is because your mouth is dry…so stay hydrated.
Drink lots and lots of water will help.
Brush your tongue regularly
I’ve also heard that eating apples and drinking lemon water will help.
Brush on the back of the tongue. This is where bad breath and bacteria takes place.
brush your teeth right before you go to bed…and in the morning brush your tongue really good…your teeth is only 20% or your mouth the tongue covers more area so if you don’t brush it there no point of just brushing your teeth…..trust me you will feel alot more refreshed and it will last longer
brush and floss your teeth, followed up with brushing of your tongue, and then rinse with a mouthwash
