It’s probably coming from your gums. If you have bacteria in your mouth, or if you have gingivitis your breath can really smell bad. Go to the dentist and have it checked out.
Sometimes bad breath can be caused by the bacteria on your tounge. I know this sounds weird but try buying a Tongue scrapper.
They make them for cases just like yours. Here is an example of one on the web (but you can buy them at any drugstore)- this one is called: Breath Remedy Tongue Scraper: http://shop.store.yahoo.com/physlabs/099853.html
Tongue Cleaner is a natural breath freshener that effectively removes harmful bacteria that cause bad breath, gum disease, tooth decay and plaque. This Tongue Cleaner scrapes away bacteria from your tongue.
Did you know you have a coating of white decaying food particles in the valleys and ridges on the back of your tongue? You do. If you scrape them off you will have a cleaner, fresher and healthier mouth.
Dental Research indicates that the surface of the tongue is a major source of bad breath. Most bad breath originates from the bacteria on the tongue-not from the stomach, not from something eaten, but from the back of the tongue. The tongue is a fertile breeding ground for the offensive foul odor-causing germs. Tongue Cleaning (such as with this tongue scraper) is clinically proven to be the single most effective way to reduce bad breath. This tongue cleaner is recommended and approved by dentists and hygenists.
I used to think i have this problem too..or maybe i really had, because people kinda cover their faces when i talk to them. I then bought a tongue scraper and listerine. But i think they weren’t the factors that made my breath fresher. I think there are areas between your teeth that have some small food particle stuck in them. Be familiar with those areas and manually pick them out with fingers or toothpick after eating meat, yeah especially meat. They smell so rotten after being wet with liquid and staying in that crevice for a long time.
Your bad breath and all really bad breath problems come from the stomach. The valve that should shut off the foul odors from what goes on down there is defective – medical science has not found a way to remedy this. Anyway, you’re in the wrong category.

Go see your physician. The underlying cause of chronic bad breath is usually a bacterial infection.
See a dentist there may be bigger problems

Have your dentist check your teeth. Bad breath in many people is caused by tooth decay.
