It hurts so much when i swallow!!. I heard pure honey helps to cure it. Also I cant breath in or out through my nose! its jammed! Also Im Fasting Ramadan so does that have any effects? Im also a 14 year old male (if that helps)

I like to boil water, turn off the stove, and breathe in through my nose. I do that like every 2 hours. And you can add ginger or ginger powder which helps.
