How can you get rid of post nasal drip that is causing bad breath? Natural remedies preferred!?

I got a cold from a water park this August and ever since, I’ve had post nasal drip giving me very bad breath. Are there any things I can do to clear this up naturally? Will snorting saline solution do anything? Gargling with peroxide?
I have a tongue scraper and use it. It’s post nasal drip…my nose hasn’t fully cleared since I took the wave pool wave into my sinuses.

bad breath is caused by the back enzymes on your tongue.So you have to brush there

Something that I use for the allergies/colds that I’m prone to is Quercitin. It really has helped me alot especially right now when allergens in my community are at an all-time high. I take 2 of the capsules 3x a day. If I wake up during the night and I’m congested, I’ll take 2 more then. But it’s really worked to alleviate the allergy/cold symptoms. Also, if it goes into a cold or other infection, I take Olive Leaf, which is a natural antibiotic, 2 capsules 3x a day, to get rid of any infection that my go into my lungs or bronchial passages. I tend to get bronchial pneumonia. So far, using Quercitin and Olive Leaf has kept me from getting it!

I’ve not tried saline for the sinus’s, but I have friends who swear by it as the way to “clean” your sinus’s out. It just depends on what works for your particular body. Just be an informed patient on anything you do for your body. I hope this helps!

N-acetylcysteine, which is derived from an amino acid, has been shown to help keep mucus fluid, thus helping the sinus drain. It’s available at health food storeds and can be given in doses of 200 mg two times a day for children and 200 mg three times a day for adults.

I can relate. I have had a cold that has gotten in the sinuses and is just hanging on.
I use the oceans spray when my nose gets dry. I dont think it will work for post nasel drip. I sent you a link to a page that has some recipes for natural sinus remedies.
