Last night I’ve been puking my guts out(well Friday morning from 1am to sunrise) and when the sun came up I stopped puking. But my stomach still hurts even when I get up to walk around. I’m not tired but I want to get over whatever it is. I had diarhea(sp?) all morning and my stomach hurts really bad when I stand up or walk.
NO FEVER.
It can’t be food poisoning because I ate the same food for supper as everyone else made and nobody else got sick. However I had a day old pepperoni pizza for lunch and my breath smelled unusually bad(yesterday)
Nobody else got sick or is sick in this household
btw the pizza was refridgerated after it was made the night before and I cooked it for 40 seconds. Two slices.

Sounds like a good old fashion flu bug. The stomach muscles are sore from the vomiting. To keep the stomach calm flat coke or sprite. Stick with the BRAT diet, bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast. Give yourself time to get well.
you just caught a bug that’s all. it seems your over the worst i reckon just drink plenty of fluids.
I dont think you need basic Home remedies, you have 2-3 symptoms, and I suggest you to go to the doctor. Diarrhea should usually disappear in one or two days and leave you only slightly to worse for wear. Diarrhea may lead you to dehydration, and its not good because your also vomitting. Vomiting can also be a sign of something serious. If its profuse or persistent or bloody, seek help. Also, when youve gone 24 hours without being able to keep and food down and nothing seems to help.
If your thirst is sever and you notice your not urinating very much, and especially if youre also getting light-headed when you stand up, which are signs of Dehydration, see a doctor. If you know its the flu or youve just eaten something a little strange, you might try to go a bit longer.
Everyone body reacts different. You may have eaten something that did not agree with you. The only thing you can do is take some pepto bismol or vinegar to help with your stomach issues. And try to stay on a liquid diet for a day or two. Sip a Sprite or 7 UP Your stomach needs a break of digesting and breaking down solids. Give your digestive track a little break. When you do eat solids start light with soup or a sandwich.
Sounds like a plain old stomach virus. Everyone seems to be getting it over the past week or so. Just sip on some ginger ale and eat some saltine crackers until it goes away… probably tomorrow.

Guess what it could still be food poisoning A real doctor told me not to long a go that it only takes a speck of bad food to give you food poisoning
In any case I hope you feel better soon. I believe you will be all right oh yea don’t stand up or walk if it hurts !! get some rest it will be better soon
