An Easy-To-Follow Protocol You Can Start Using Right Now

For your convenience, here are all the recommendations of this report in a single, step-by-step outline that you can follow, or adapt to suit yourself:
1. On a daily basis: Drink more water, especially if taking medications (as long as your doctor approves); cut your intake of high-protein highly-processed foods; stop smoking; stop drinking alcohol and coffee; stop using any alcohol-based oral hygiene products.
2. Thoroughly clean your tongue with a toothbrush, an upturned spoon, or, preferably, a purpose-made tongue-scraper. Gently, but
firmly, scrape mucus and other material from the surface of your tongue in a back-to-front motion. About a dozen scrapes should be sufficient (but rinse it off after every 2 or 3 scrapes).
3. Mix a solution of hydrogen peroxide with an equal amount of water and just swish it around your mouth (and gargle a bit) for one full minute. Then, spit it out and rinse with plain water.
4. Make your own ‘mouth-paste’ by mixing 3-teaspoons of baking soda with 1-teaspoon of table salt, and adding enough hydrogen peroxide to the mixture to form a thick paste. Use this like ordinary toothpaste, but gently brush all parts of your mouth (teeth, gums, tongue, etc.) using very warm water. Brush thoroughly for at least 4-minutes. To finish, rinse with warm water.
How long should you use the above protocol for? Well, you cannot
completely get rid of all the VSC-producing bacteria but these 4 steps will, in my experience, reduce the levels of VSCs being produced to below detectable levels if step 1 is followed continuously, and steps 2 to 4 are followed at least twice a day (in the morning and the evening), or more, everyday, for about two to four weeks (depending on the severity of the problem).
After that, it might be okay to reduce step 3 (the hydrogen peroxide mouth wash) to maybe three or four times a week (depending on the remaining severity of your problem), while maintaining steps 2 and 4 at least twice a day.
